Travel to Linh Phuoc Pagoda, Taking the train to Trai Mat to visit Linh Phuoc Pagoda in the chilly cold of the central highlands city of Dalat is an exciting adventure for those who seek the sanctuary of a worshipping place and the unique architecture of Asian pagodas.

Visiting Linh Phuoc Pagoda, Vietnam

Linh Phuoc Pagoda, also called Ve Chai Pagoda, was built from debris of glass, pottery bowls and porcelain between 1949 and 1952 in a remote residential area of Dalat City Vietnam. The pagoda has been led by many Buddhist monks and was renovated by Monk Thich Tam Vi in 1990.

Ba Be National Park - Northeastern Vietnam:

Met our quiet driver at 7.00am outside Love Planet. Until this day, we do not know his name as he was ever so quiet and it was very difficult for us to communicate with him as he did not speak a word of English. Like all Vietnamese, he is ever smiling, though.

We got up really early despite our early night yesterday. It was really very cold and I was practically shivering again. No one was in sight when we stepped into the living roon – Khoi and our driver were still sleeping and the head of the house has gone to work and we could hear the women in the kitchen.

Early in the morning, a luxurious mini van from Columbus Adventure Travel (www.columbustravelsvietnam.com) came to our hotel to fetch us to Halong Bay. We met some other people who will be travelling and staying on board the Santa Maria Cruise with us. Argi had booked the 3 Day / 2 Night cruise for us, unlike most of the other people on board who are only staying for 1 night.

So going to try and keep this one short and sweet as we’ve not been doing much apart from lying on different beaches! After Ha Long Bay it was my birthday a couple of days afterwards and also our final night in Hanoi Vietnam. We spent the day relaxing around the pool and then went Ollie and Anja who we met in Chiang Mai and did Laos with came in that day. We went out for a few drinks to Finnegan’s bar but due to tiredness didn’t have a crazy one so guna celebrate it again in the islands…any excuse really and hopefully with Kim & Ste, and Danny & Laura.
